Meet Teresa Medeiros!

Teresa joined the Craftech team with a passion for helping people through difficult times, and she has quickly become a cornerstone of our fire division. After serving as Fire Crew Lead, Teresa has proudly stepped into the role of Fire & Smoke Supervisor, where she leads with dedication, expertise, and compassion. She is certified in Fire and Smoke Restoration and ensures that every client receives the highest level of care and service during the restoration process.

Outside of work, Teresa is an animal lover who once worked with horses and now enjoys life with her dogs. She is also a devoted mom to her sweet toddler, Myles, who fills her days with joy and adventure.

Teresa’s leadership, caring nature, and strong commitment to excellence make her an invaluable supervisor and a vital part of the Craftech family.
