Meet Sean!
Sean joined the Craftech team in early 2020 and quickly became an integral part of our fire crew. Known for his bubbly personality, dedication, and strong work ethic, he stood out as a natural leader. In the summer of 2024, Sean proudly stepped into the role of Fire and Smoke Supervisor, leading the crew with enthusiasm and expertise.

In 2025, Sean transitioned into his current role as Business Development Representative, where he focuses on building and strengthening relationships with adjusters, property managers, and other key partners. His passion for connecting with people and representing Craftech makes him a perfect fit for this client-facing position.

Before joining Craftech, Sean worked in an elementary school after-school program, bringing patience, positivity, and a strong sense of community to everything he does. A Millbury native and graduate of Millbury Senior High School, Sean is proud to serve the region he calls home.

Outside of work, Sean enjoys spending time with friends and caring for his two sweet cats. His energy, humor, and commitment to excellence make him a valuable member of the Craftech family.
