No one wants sewage in the basement and we sure didn't know how best to clean, disinfect and deodorize the unwelcome... mess. We called a couple of companies, big and small, and with Craftech we felt quickly reassured that we were in capable hands. More importantly, they came promptly, communicated clearly, cleaned thoroughly (using some plant-based products), and documented everything meticulously for insurance purposes. The price came in less than the deductible, but we were reassured to have a record of their good work.read more

They were amazing! Very respectful and courteous. I dealt personally with 2 teams and both were remarkably professional... and knowledgeable. It had snowed and although the driveway was clear for them, they went the extra mile and put ice melt down without being asked. Huge bonus! These kids deserve recognition! I was extremely grateful!! Craftech was sent out by my insurance company to cleanup water damage caused by an overflowing clothes washing machine.... They were able to send out a crew with blower units; dehumidifiers; and drying mats within two hours of the initial spill.
Overall, the entire team was extremely responsive and professional. They always called ahead to ask if I was available before showing up (in the subsequent days after the disaster- as their equipment had to run for several days and be checked to dry out all the sub flooring, hardwoods, and tiling). The entire experience with them put my mind at ease and I do not expect any mold complications down the line (as a result of their extensive efforts to dry everything out).
I would definitely recommend them for any water damage issues without reservation.read more

I had a burst water pipe back in January and the Craftech guys were quick to respond. They were in the next day and had... their phones blowing to dry up our carpeting and garage ceiling. They gave a valiant effort to dry our carpet, but once it was clear that it couldn't be salvaged, they informed me ASAP so that we could rip it out to minimize the damage. I strongly recommend Craftech for your restoration needs!read more
