For that reason, his ten years of contracting experience, combined with a Business Management degree from Fitchburg State, have led him to the insurance restoration industry. As Owner and President of Craftech, Tom is able to deliver the most advanced restoration services with the ultimate in customer service, to both Home & Business-owners, and their insurance providers. To stay on the cutting edge, Tom maintains IICRC certifications in all areas of restoration, and participates in advanced training programs. His value for continuing education reflects one of Tom’s many keys to success; that he’s always seeking better ways to serve his customers. Erin Dermody

Business Manager

Erin combines her talents for marketing and management in the challenging role of Business Manager. She is a graduate of Russell Sage College in Troy, NY, and she comes to Craftech with six years of experience in sales and marketing. She's spent the last four in the New England insurance industry, and prior to Craftech, Erin served as Regional Sales Manager for a national franchise organization. Erin has high standards for herself, and she helps her restoration team maintain a firm commitment to excellence, as well. She also enjoys staying on the cutting edge of her profession, by remaining deeply involved in the P&C industry's many organizations and associations. Scott "Skippie" Brunette
Estimator/Technician Supervisor

Scott, or 'Skippie,' as he's more commonly known, serves as Craftech's Estimator & Technician Supervisor. Skippie holds a Business Management degree from Worcester State College, and he brings three years of maintenance and repair experience to his important production leadership role. He is an IICRC Certified Technician, and he's in continuous pursuit of new certifications and technical expertise. He really enjoys every challenge he encounters, and every opportunity to develop solutions for his customers. His advice is always free, so please feel free to contact him with restoration questions!


Our Restoration Team’s purpose is to help customers return to their normal lives, as quickly and comfortably as possible. The team achieves this by arriving prepared with the tools and training necessary to complete the project accurately and professionally. On every restoration project, Craftech’s Technicians believe that they are guests in their customer’s home or business. The Technician Crew Leader will always be available on-site to answer your questions, and coordinate the most efficient restoration process for your property.
